No that is not an error, just the standard set up procedures. Ekiga should do fine.

You can bypass the setup by clicking the cancel button. The web cam will still operate (if the driver works ok)

Try them all out and have fun. Also remember that you will need to repeat this webcam installation process every time the kernel gets updated, or if you happen to change the system kernel.

If the webcam just works with a new or updated kernel. Then you won't need to worry about it again.
