And yeah-- I'm in VA and with the reactions around here you'd think you should be preparing for the zombie apocalypse. I knew I shoulda bought more ammo...

I don't know about you, but this far inland the hurricane was a bit of a disappointment.

Yeah, pretty boring. Got some decent rain and wind, but nothing else. I guess I was expecting a lot of thunder and lightning-- didn't even get that!

The winds after Irene was done were worse than the hurricane itself! Almost like the winds were trying to catch up!

Luckily, we didn't lose power from the winds either! Unfortunately neither did work! :lolflag:
